Brief Introduction of Principle of Stepless Speed Variation Gear Transmission

简介了齿轮无级变速器的原理、结构、特点。该变速器为一锥体螺旋齿轮与一变位螺旋齿轮相啮合，通过改变中心距及变位螺旋齿轮的轴向位置来实现变速。该变速器具有结构简单、维修方便、负载变速动力损耗小、传动效率高、制动性能好、可靠性高等特点。

Principle,construction and features of stepless speed variation gear transmission is briefly presented. The transmission is made of a bevel spiral gear meshed with a spiral gear which may be variably positioned. Speed ratio change may be realized by changing center distance of thegear pair and axial position of the spiral gear. The gear transrnission has features of simple construction,easy maintenance,small power loss for loaded speed change, high transmission efficiency,good braking property and high reliability,etc.
