汽车行驶靠发动机提供动力，而发动机的工作性能与点火系统的工作状况有极大的关系。本文较系统地分析了我国汽车上所使用的传统点火系统的组成、功用、故障及故障的诊断方法，对有效地排除故障具有一定的实践意义。

Motor vehicle operation depends on power provided by engine, while operatingperformance of engine is effected very much by the working condition of its ignition system. The article analyses more systematically the composition,function,trouble and trouble diagnosis of the conventional ignition system used in this country,which may possess practical significance for eliminating ignition trouble.
