摘要
以试验分析的方法,对汽车发动机连杆轴承的故障进行了研究,设计了故障模拟及试验系统,利用多项式曲线回归得出了故障系数与连杆轴承间隙的关系,从而使汽车发动机连杆轴承故障定性诊断发展为定量诊断,实现了在使用条件下连杆轴承的故障诊断。
A study of motor vehicle engine connecting rod bearing trouble has been carried out by means of testing and analytical method. Then a trouble simulating and testing system has been designed, which gains the relation between trouble coefficient and connecting rod bearing clearance by means of polynomial regression curve so that qualitative diagnosis of motor vehicle engine connecting rod bearing trouble is evolved into quanti tative diagnosis,and trouble diagnosisof connecting rod bearing under operating condition is corne into effect.
