摘要
电能质量有多个分项指标,必须进行综合量化评价,以适应电能商品论质论价的要求,这是电力市场化改革提出的新课题。该文依据国家标准确定了影响电能质量的各分项指标,建立了模糊综合评价模型。在运用层次分析法(AHP)求取电能质量指标加权向量的基础上,进而提出了二级模糊综合评价方法,并对几组实测数据进行了有效的模糊综合评估。
The power quality (PQ) is represented by several indexes showing each aspects of electric energy. The indexes have to be unified as a global unique index to meet the demand of analysis of the quality and price of electricity commodity. The PQ standards of China are referenced and key indexes that influence PQ are extracted. These indexes are divided into two levels to assess PQ. By constructing membership function for all the indexes separately according to their characteristics and by determining the weights of each index using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) , a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is designed. At the end of the paper, the effectiveness of this approach is proved reasonable by computing some examples.
