The Reform of Nursing Industry in Germany and Its Revelation to Nursing Service in China

德国政府在巨大的医疗费用压力下,对医院体制进行了一系列变革。如实施单病种付费和临床路径的新型服务模式、开设酒店式医院、改变医院人员结构配置及成立质量管理中心等,既降低了医院成本,又保证了医疗护理质量,为我国护理事业发展在加强成本管理意识、临床路径管理模式的应用及加强人力资源管理等方面提供了诸多借鉴和启示。

Under the great pressure of medical expenditure, the German government carried out a series of reforms on hospital system, such as implementing DRGs and introducing new clinical pathway, operating hotel-style hospitals, changing personnel structure in hospitals and setting up quality management centre, and in this way hospitals lowered their costs and ensured medical and nursing quality. All these experiences offered references for China to strengthen cost management conception, the adoption of clinical pathway management model and improve human resource management.
