摘要
结合CA488型发动机前端轮系设计的实际工作,着重介绍了多楔带设计的基本原则,并对设计中遇到的一些问题进行了探讨。480h台架强化试验结果表明,CA488型发动机采用多楔带轮系后,其性能指标与采用三角带轮系时持平,且噪声(近场)略有降低。
In the article,fundamental design principle of poly-rib belt drive has been emphatically presented and inguisition made into some problems encountered in design based on practical work in designing. belt drive in front of the model CA488 engine. From the results of intensified test on engine dynamometer for 480h,it shows that performance of engine with poly-rib belt drive is even with that of engine with common V-belts. However,engine noise (near the engine)is somewhat reduced.
