摘要
为了改善TiO2压敏陶瓷材料的电学性能,通过添加少量的纳米TiO2,使其压敏电压有了明显的降低,非线性系数有了明显的提高,并对其原因进行了合理分析。结果表明,随着烧结温度的提高, 总趋势是压敏电压下降,非线性系数提高。当添加5%纳米TiO2并在1400℃烧结时,样品显示出较好的压敏特性:V1mA=4.66V/mm,a=4.73和εr=1.1 9×104。
The influence of nano-titania additive on the electric properties of TiO2 varistor ceramic is investigated. The results show that the varistor voltage decreases and the non-linear constant of this ceramic is improved by doping nano-titania. An analysis is made that with the increase of sintering temperature, voltage of TiO2 varistor decreases and its non-linear constant increases. The results show that the lower varistor voltage, V1mA =4.66 V/mm, the better non-linear coefficient, a =4.73, and higher dielectric constant, ε r= 1.19 × 10^4 when sintered at 1400℃ and doped 5% nano-titania.
