摘要
探讨了结晶法(形成难溶的磷酸铵镁、羟基磷酸钙晶体)除磷技术的原理与研究现状。pH、污水中各组份的离子浓度及其摩尔比是结晶形成的最主要影响因素,除磷效率与水中氨氮浓度及Mg与P的摩尔比呈正相关。反应器中投加晶种与增加扰动可以加快结晶形成与长大。曝气是提高污水pH并达到结晶范围的有效途径。回收的磷酸铵镁晶体纯度高,可以作为磷资源加以利用。
The principle and development of phosphorus removal by crystallization (formed struvite and hydroxyapatite) was illustrated. The pH and each component ion concentration in the wastewater and their molar ratio are mainly influence factors for crystallization. The efficiency of phosphorus removal was positive correlativity with ammonium concentration and molar ratio of Mg: P. Formation and growth of crystal can be enhanced by adding crystal seed into the reactor and by increasing hydraulic disturbance. Aeration is a active method to increase pH and to form crystal. The recovered struvite is highly pure, and it can be used as P resource.
