摘要 本文介绍了螺旋折流板换热器的几何形状和流动原理,对其传热及压力降的研究现状进行了总结,与弓形折流板换热器相比,螺旋折流板换热器的最大优点降低阻力,增加传热系数。未来的研究重点是流动换热机理以及影响流动换热机理的因素。 The paper introduces geometric form and flow mechanism in spiral baffled heat exchanger, In the present work, the current development of heat transfer and pressure drop with spiral baffles are reviewed. Compared to the conventional segmental - baffle heat exchanger, the spiral baffled heat exchanger has relatively higher heat coefficient, and lower pressure drop . transfer mechanism and effects of baffle. The research focal point in the future lies in flow and heat transfer mechanism and effects of baffle.
