自制止血按压带用于静脉滴滴降纤酶拔针后按压时间的探讨

A research about the proper time when using self-designed hemostatic belt to press vein after mainline

目的探讨自制止血按压带于脑梗死患者静滴降纤酶拔针后最适宜按压时间,以降低皮肤和皮下的出血率、淤血率。方法收集48例使用降纤酶脑梗死患者,连续用药8天,设定拔针按压时间分别为4,5,6,7,8min,观察不同按压时间下皮肤和皮下出血及淤血率。结果脑梗死患者静脉使用降纤酶拔针后,不同按压时间其患者皮肤和皮下出血率、淤血率差异有显著性,P<0.01。结论拔针后持续按压针口8min为降纤酶等溶栓药最适宜的按压时间。

Objective To make sure the proper time when using self-designed bemostatic belt to press vein after mainline. Methods Divide the subjects into 8 groups, using different pressing time to different group, and then observe the condition of petechia. Results Tbere are significant differences in the different groups about the condition of petechia, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Press Vein lasted 8 minutes is proper when after the mainline.
