摘要
采用不同分子量的超滤膜对木糖醇液进行净化,通过对纯度、抽滤时间等指标进行对比,及对不同滤膜的渗透通量和清洗情况进行实验,从而确定分子量为1·5万的超滤膜较适于木糖醇的生产。这样从根本上消除了成品醇中的大分子杂质、粉尘类杂质,提高了产品的纯度,降低了木糖醇生产中的提纯成本。
Xylitol liquid was purified by ultrafiltration membrane with different molecular weights. By comparing the purity of filtrate and suction time to different membrane, and through the experiments of pervious flux and cleaning degree, it revealed that the ultrafiltration membrane with molecular weight of 15 thousand was suitable for using in production of xylitol. Thus the macromolecular impurities and dust in xylitol were cleared away, the purity of final product was improved and the cost for purification was decreased.
