摘要
以草酸和异戊醇为原料,采用硫酸氢钠作催化剂合成草酸二异戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、酸醇物质的量比、带水剂用量以及反应时间等因素对产率的影响。确定最佳酯化反应的条件为:n(草酸)∶n(异戊醇)∶n(硫酸氢钠)=1∶3∶0·026,带水剂甲苯10mL,反应时间75min。产率可达96·52%。
Diisopentyl oxalate was synthesized with oxalic acid and isoamyl alcohol as raw materials and sodium bisulfate as catalyst. The factors influencing on the reaction such as dosage of catalyst, molar ratio of acid to alcohol and reaction time were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions for esterification were as follows: the molar ratio of oxalic acid, isoamyl alcohol and sodium bisulfate is 1:3:0.026, dosage of water-carrying reagent is 10 mL, the reaction time is 75 rain, And the yield was up to 96.52%.
