随着医疗体制改革和护理科学的发展,分诊护士的职能和角色也在不断转变,护士既是健康的促进和管理者,也是医、护、患关系的合作与协调者〔1〕。同时,面对社会、病人、医院的压力与挑战,还必须自觉地调整好自身的职能定位和心理状态,适应社会、医学、医院的进步与发展。

With the development of medical system reform and nursing science, triage nurses are facing a change in their duties and functions. They are not only the patient＇s health promoter, but also the coordinator for the relationship between patients and medical staff. Facing the pressure and challenges from society, patients and hospital, they should adjust their own duties and psychological situation to adapt to the development and advancement of society.
