摘要 工作疲溃感是在具有长期的慢性压力源的工作环境中产生的一种综合反应,对护士的生理和心理都造成了很多的负面影响。本文就有关护士工作疲溃感的概念、发展过程、测量工具及研究内容的一些研究进展进行综述,为今后的研究提供资料信息。 Job burnout is a general response to chronic stressors on the job, and influences nurses＇physical and psychological health negatively. This article will review job burnout＇s conception, development process, measurement instrument and study content to supply some information for future studies.
