摘要
目的:用HPLC-ELSD测定中药垂盆草中三萜类成分δ-香树酯酮的含量,以期为中药垂盆草的质量控制提供切实可行的技术方法。方法:Zorbax Sil(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,二氯甲烷-甲醇(99:1)为流动相,流速0.5mL·min^-1,ELSD检测器,漂移管温度100℃,氮气流速3.0L·min^-1。结果:δ-香树酯酮在2.12~10.6μg呈良好的线性关系,药材中该成分的平均回收率为100.5%。结论:该方法简便、准确、分离效果好,无干扰,能准确测定垂盆草中δ-香树酯酮的含量,为制订合理的中药垂盆草的质量标准提供了新的思路。
Objective:To establish the quantitative analysis method of triterpene δ-amyrone in Sedum sarmentosum by HPLC-ELSD. Method: The Zorbax Sil Column was used and the mobile phase was dichloromethane-methanol (99:1 ). The flow rate was set at 0.5 mL·min^-1, the temperature of drift tube was set at 100℃ and the nebulizer nitrogen flow rate was 3.0 L·min^-1 Result: The linear range of δ-amyrone was 2.12-10.6 μg. The average recovery was 100.5%. Conclution: The results showed that the method was reliable, simple and precise. It would be beneficial for the study of the quality control of S. sarmentosum.
