摘要
竹节是一种有害纱疵,它的产生贯穿在从清花到加工的整个纺纱流程中,直接影响织物的外观质量。文章针对一些主要品种进行了竹节分间试验,找出清钢、并粗、细纱、加工等工序产生竹节的原因及所占比率,对最终制定有针对性的纠正措施,减少竹节的产生有很大的帮助。
Thick place is a serious yarn fault and it exists in the entire spinning process from blowing to spinning and directly influences the appearance quality of fabric. The article introduces the tests that have been carried out on some popular yarn varieties, which are designed to find out the causes and ratio of thick places in yarn in different stages of spinning process including blowing, carding, drawing, roving and spinning, offering great help to working out related measures for controlling thick places.
