转Bt基因抗虫棉田棉盲蝽防治剂筛选及施药技术研究

Efficacy of Insecticide against Cotton Plant Bugs and Controlling Technique in the Transgenic Bt Cotton Field

通过室内毒力和田间药效试验,研究了8种不同类型农药对转基因抗虫棉上棉盲蝽的控制效果。室内试验表明,有机磷类农药对棉盲蝽的毒力大于拟除虫菊酯品种。田间试验结果表明,硫丹和乐斯本防治棉盲蝽的效果较好,具有速效性强,持效期长的特点;其次为辛硫磷、久效磷、马拉硫磷;菊酯类农药的田间防效较低。据试验结果提出了防治棉盲蝽的田间施药技术措施。

Phoxim, Monocrotophos and Malathion also had good controlling effect, but the control results of the pytethroidthe were poor.The field controlling technique of insecticide aganist cotton plant bugs were put forward.
