自体骨髓移植配合小夹板外固定治疗骨不连伴严重骨质疏松 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨自体骨髓移植配合小夹板外固定治疗骨不连伴严重骨质疏松的疗效。方法C臂透视下将骨穿针插入骨不连部位。然后抽取自体红骨髓即刻注入骨不连部位,每次注射20~30ml。需3~8次,每次间隔3~4周。并用小夹板固定。结果本组11例,经4~10月治疗。均达到临床愈合标准,平均愈合时间7月。结论自体骨髓移植在骨不连部位有成骨作用。小夹板可动态地固定患肢。对骨不连伴严重骨质疏松的患者可选用此种办法治疗。
