早期短程胰岛素强化治疗新诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病30例

摘要 目的观察新诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病早期短程胰岛素强化治疗疗效。方法对新诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病患者予以短程胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗,观察治疗前后HomaB胰岛素分泌指数以及对Ⅱ型糖尿病早期病程的逆转。结果短程强化治疗后控制高血糖并显著提高了HomaB胰岛素分泌指数,使大部分患者回到Ⅱ型糖尿病自然病程的更早阶段。结论在Ⅱ型糖尿病早期及早控制血糖,减少高血糖对胰岛β细胞的毒性作用,可以使胰岛β细胞充分修整,有利于修复,从而改善了胰岛β细胞功能,使大部分患者获得长时间无需药物治疗的血糖稳定期。
