细晶铝锭及其工业应用

摘要 郑州大学采用纯铝的电解设备,通过向铝电解槽中添加Al2O3和TiO2混合物的方式,直接电解生产出细晶铝锭。其钛的质量分数不高于0.20%,对细晶铝锭的晶粒度测试,晶粒平均直径不大于350μm。电解法生产的细晶铝锭,由于是通过电解方式加钛,具有生产成本低廉、晶粒细化能力强、高温稳定性和长效性好、钛的收得率高等优点。用细晶铝锭熔炼A356、ZLD108、6063、3003等铝合金的生产工艺简单,生产成本低廉,具有良好的综合性能。 Grain-refining aluminium ingots are produced by electrolysis, through adding mixture of Al2O3 and TiO2 into electrolyzing cell, and its Ti content is less than 0.2%. Through the experiment on grain refining efficiency, grain average diamaters of grain-refining aluminium ingots are less than 350 μm. Grain-refining aluminium ingots have the advantages of low production costs, better grain refining efficiency and resisting to elevated temperatures, longer residual action, higher yield, because of its Ti adding method by electrolysis. Production technologies of A356 aluminium alloys,6063 aluminium alloys,ZLD108 aluminium alloys and 3003 aluminium alloys produced with grain-refining aluminium ingots are simple, production costs are low, combination properties are better.
