膳食质量指数法的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 膳食营养与人民健康息息相关。膳食评价方法是营养评价的一个重要组成部分。膳食质量指数法是总体膳食质量评价方法的一种,包括膳食质量指数、修订的膳食质量指数、国际膳食质量指数、中国膳食质量指数等,并以此为基础建立了中国膳食平衡指数。本文对膳食质量指数法的研究进展进行了综述。
