摘要
应用《测量不确定度的评定与表示》(JJF 1059—1999)的测量不确定度评定的方法,结合电能表误差测量的具体特点,说明了对电能表的测量结果的不确定度的评定方法,特别对较难评定的B类评定进行了合理简化,从标准电能表引起的标准不确定度分量、由导线压降引起的标准不确定度分量、由修约估算的不确定度分量3个方面对B类影响进行了评定。
The methodology of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement （JJF 1059-1999 ） is applied in the paper,combined with the particular characteristics with meter measurement;the method of evaluation uncertainty in meter measurement is explained. Especially predigest in the difficultly evaluation of B kind uncertainty in season. uncertainty from standard meter,voltage drops from lead and roundoferror.
