220kV及以下等级输变电新设备启动原则的探讨

Study of the Startup Principle of New Transmission and Transformation Equipment at the Grade of 220 kV and Lower

根据各类技术规程和多年的电网运行经验,对部分220 kV及以下等级高压电气设备的启动原则进行了阐述,就传统启动方法的合理性作了分析。提出了对高压输电线路、电力主变压器、高压开关、互感器、继电保护装置等电气新设备投用前的冲击启动宜减少次数,并对冲击启动的方法和安全问题进行了阐述。

The startup principle of some high voltage electrical equipment at the grade of 220 kV and lower is analyzed in this paper,based on several kinds of technical procedures and extensive operation experience of power grid. The rationality of traditional startup method is discussed. The reduced times of impact startup before new equipment operation, such as high voltage transmission lines, electric power main transformer, high voltage switch, mutual-inductor, relay protection device ,etc. are pointed out. The impact start-up mode and security problems are discussed.
