海水冷却凝汽器连通管防腐处理

摘要 针对海水冷却凝汽器连通管的腐蚀影响核电机组正常运行的问题,对田湾核电站汽轮机海水冷却凝汽器连通管的腐蚀机理、原因及防腐处理措施作了全面阐述,结果表明采用表面涂重防腐层和牺牲阳极保护相结合的防腐工艺效果好,经济可行,值得推广。 Corrosion of inter-chamber connection pipe of condenser cooled by seawater has been always hindering the normal operation of nuclear power plants. The corrosion mechanism, reason and treatment solutions of connection pipe of condenser cooled by seawater in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant are fully introduced. The result has shown that the anti-corrosion technique combined with heavy anti-corrosion coating and protective pole (sacrificial anode) is proven to be effective and economical, and worthy popularization.
