摘要
以人为本的科学发展观有着深刻的内涵与丰富的法哲学意义,其与法的运行、法的价值、法制现代化及法制变革存有内在的紧密联系,也只有在它的指导下我们才能实现建立现代化法治国家的目标。
The human-based scientific developing view acquires a great philisophy of law significance and deep going connotation. It has a close inner link with the operation of law, the value of law, the modernization of the legal system,and the reform of legal system, Only with the help of this view can we realize the goal to build a modem country ruled by law.
