东亚NGO生存与发展的法文化基底比较研究

Comparative Research of the Legal Culture Foundation on which East Asia NGO Exists and Develop

各国NGO的发展因具体国情而异,尤其是它们所基于的法文化对其发展有很深的影响。东亚各国的法文化历史同源且相似,但是在发展过程中,这些国家的法文化逐渐发生了演变。在分析东亚各国法文化对NGO的影响基础上,提出了我国法文化现代化的一些建议。

The developments of NGO in different countries am dissimilar because of the situation of countries, especially the legal culture foundation. The legal culture foundation of East Asia is alike. But with the process of time,it changed gradually. The article analyses the influences of legal culture foundation on NGO, and then puts forward some suggestions to the modernization of legal culture in China.
