农民工依法维权问题多年来是一个社会高度关注的焦点问题,但是现实生活中,农民工法律维权存在很多困境,合法的劳动权益不能得到及时有效的维护。文章试图从探悉农民工法律维权存在困境的原因出发,从立法、司法、法律援助、提高农民法律意识等角度来探讨这一问题的解决。

Farmer labourers＇ defending fights according to the law is the key question to the society for many years,but in fact the road of farmer labourers＇ defending rights according to the law is very hard. There are many difficulties ,and the lawful rights cant be defended reasonlly and effectively. Then what＇ s the way of farmer labourers＇ defending rights according to the law？ This paper explores the reason of difficulties of farmer labourers＇ defending rights according to the law and tries to resolve it from the angles of legislation, justice,legal help and legal aid.
