内皮素-1在围生期肺循环转变过程中的作用

Role of ET-1 in the Transition of Perinatal Pulmonary Circulation

摘要 出生时动脉导管的关闭和肺动脉的舒张是标志出生时肺循环转变的两个主要事件,在这两个事件中内皮素(ET)1及其受体发挥了重要的作用。通过ET1作用于动脉导管上的ETA受体启动的血管收缩活性,介导了动脉导管出生时肺通氧激发的导管收缩,同时这一活性有利于维持出生前胎儿肺血管的高张力;而ET1作用于ETB受体启动的血管舒张活性与出生后肺血管扩张有关。ET1对围生期肺血管的作用取决于ETA和ETB受体活性的平衡,二者在围生期的动态变化对于出生后肺循环的转变具有重要意义。
