EB病毒-潜伏膜蛋白1致瘤机制的研究进展

摘要 EB病毒的感染与B细胞及上皮细胞来源的肿瘤密切相关,尤以致瘤基因潜伏膜蛋白1较为重要,其分子致瘤作用及机制的探讨一直是EB病毒致瘤机制研究领域中令人关注的焦点,而在临床上的应用也取得了颇具意义的进展。现就EB病毒-潜伏膜蛋白1致瘤的主要分子机制及进展作一综述。
