溴甲酚紫法测定血清白蛋白参考范围调查 被引量:6

摘要 目的 建立溴甲酚紫(BCP)法测定血清白蛋白的参考范围。并与溴甲酚绿(BCG)法的结果进行比较。方法 首先用配套校准液校准仪器,并测定配套的定值质控血清,然后对1385例健康体检者同时用BCP和BCG法测定血清白蛋白(ALB),双缩脲法测定血清总蛋白(TP),计算白/球比值(A/G)。结果 男女总体参考范围TP64.1~83.7g/L,ALB(BCP法)35.6~48.6g/L,A/G比值1.10~1.80、ALB(BCG法)40.9~52.5g/L,A/G比值1.39~2.39。血清TP、AI。B值1~10岁和大于50岁两组结果较低,且男女组之间无统计学意义(P〉0.05);其他几组男女间均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),但总均值TP是女性高于男性(P〈0.05),平均约高2.6g/L,ALB、A/G值是男性高于女性(P〈0.01)。ALB值及A/G值的BCP法明显低于BCG法(P〈0.001)。结论 实验室在采用不同方法检测ALB时,应建立各自的ALB及A/G值的参考范围。
