摘要 氰化物镀锌工艺有望被无氰镀锌工艺取代,为此研制了一种分散能力和深镀能力可超过氰化镀锌的氯化钾镀锌光亮剂CZ03,从而为无氰镀锌全面取代剧毒的氰化镀锌提供又一个平台。加入该光亮剂后电镀时间可比一般氯化钾镀锌工艺缩短20%左右,且分散能力和深镀能力超过了氰化镀锌溶液,镀液温度范围比氰化物镀锌宽,应用该光亮剂既能提高镀层质量,又可节约生产成本。 As one of the efforts to replace cyanide zinc plating process with cyanide-free zinc plating technology, a novel brightener CZ-03 for potassium chloride zinc plating was developed. The performance of the brightener was investigated. It was found that the newly developed brightener CZ-03 had better dispersion and deep-plating ability than the one used for cyanide zinc plating. Moreover, the brightener was capable of decreasing the plating time by 20% and had a wider bath temperature range as compared with conventional KCl zinc plating process. And it was capable of improving the quality and decrease the cost of the plating as well. Therefore it could be used to replace the toxic cyanide zinc plating process.
