摘要
为了解决油田回注水金属管道中的硫酸盐还原菌等细菌造成的腐蚀问题,利用交变电磁场物理杀菌技术研制了一种高性能的油田回注水杀菌装置,并将该杀菌装置与化学杀菌方法相结合,对油田回注水进行杀菌试验。结果表明,该杀菌装置在功率为32W时,能在不改变回注水性状如机械杂质和含氧量的条件下,快速、高效地杀灭硫酸盐还原菌和腐生菌;且其与化学杀菌剂联合使用时,大大提高了原有化学药剂的杀菌效果,使回注水中微生物由106~107个/mL降低至0~10个/mL。
In order to resolve the germ corrosion of water injection metallic pipelines in oilfield, a high-performance injection water sterilization equipment was designed making use of alternating-electromagnetic-field-based physical sterilization technology. The equipment was combined with chemical sterilization method and used for the sterilization of the oilfield injection water. The results showed that sulfate reduced bacteria (SRB) and rotten generated bacteria (RGB) could be efficiently sterilized without changing the characteristics such as mechanical impurity and oxygen content of the injection water, using the designed device at a power of 32 W. Furthermore, the number of SRB decreased from 106~107 cells/mL to 0~10 cells/mL when the equipment was combined with chemical method to treat the oilfield injection water.
