云南省弥渡县新型农村合作医疗机构运行费用分析

An Analysis of Management Expenditures of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Midu County, Yun'nan

经费支持是每一个机构正常运行的必要条件之一。通过对云南省弥渡县新型农村合作医疗机构进行调查,结合文献与实际情况,对所获得的资料进行分析,旨在发现新型农村合作医疗运行中存在的一些问题,以便提供借鉴。主要发现:(1)包括筹资过程人员费用在内的人员经费是机构运行费用的主要部分;(2)筹资成本过高。

Based on the result of an investigation of the management expenditures of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System（NCMS） in Midu, Yun ＇nan province, this paper analyzes the main inputs, components, and utilizations of the management costs in NCMS in Midu county. The main results shows that：（1）the management expenditures are quite high; （2） the personnel expenditure for funds raising which includes wage, subsidies for local staff etc. is the biggest parts of the total management expenditure of NCMS in Midu county.
