关于晚期恶性肿瘤病人住院费用及治疗效果问题的探讨

Discussion on Hospitalization Expenses and Treatment Effect of Patients With Late Stage Malignant Disease

目的:探讨晚期恶性肿瘤病人住院费用及治疗效果存在的问题。方法:对1996、1999和2002年泰安市中心医院收治的共113例晚期恶性肿瘤病人中公费及医保病人和自费病人进行平均住院日、人均各项住院费用进行分析。结果:各年度晚期恶性肿瘤病人日均治疗费用占首位的均为药品费,其次为治疗费。药品费上升了2.73倍;治疗费上升了1.5倍。虽然近年来病人的住院费用(特别是药费、治疗费)迅速增加,但恶性肿瘤的平均生存期只增加了0.63个月。结论:晚期恶性肿瘤病人增加的住院费用与治疗效果存在不协调,同时,存在医疗资源浪费。需采取进一步的措施使费用与生存之比近乎合理。

Objective： To discuss hospitalization expenses and treatment effect of patients with late malignant disease. Methods： To analyse the average hospitalization time and therapeutic cost for 113 patients from 1996 to 2002 with late stage malighant diseases . Results： Drug expenses account for the first therapeutic cost.The next is treatment cost. The drug cost in 2002 year is 2,73 times than 1996 year.The treatment cost is 1.5 times .But the live period in 2002 is 0.63 month more than in 1996. Conclusion： Expanded hospitalization expenses is not coordinated with treatment effect.More measurements should be done to reason the ratio of cost to effect,
