摘要
通过对硫酸渣的物质组成和矿物特性的研究,提出了一种联合工艺处理硫酸渣,可获得合格的炼铁原料.试验结果表明,硫酸渣铁含量51.56%,含硫1.36%的情况下,采用酸浸洗、磁选、水力旋流器分级工艺流程,可获得铁含量60.66%,含硫0.2%左右的铁精矿,金属回收率为43.6%.
A technology which is for the production of iron concentrate from pyrite cinder was studied in this paper. Under the conditions of pyrite cinder containing 51.56% Fe and 1.36% S, a concentrate of iron 60.66%, suphor 0.2%, with total recovery of 43.6% can be obtained from pyrite cinder by a combined flowsheet of magnetic - hydrocycloning separation after acid leaching.
