摘要 导师制对树立“以人为本”教育理念、全面提高教学质量、促进学生身心得到全面发展及完善学分制都具有重要的意义.本文以“大学生科技创新实验室”和“大学生物理创新实验室”实行导师制的初步实践为例,讨论了本科生实行导师制的必要性和可行性以及存在的问题,探讨了全面实行导师制需要进一步解决的问题. Tutorial system is significant for acquiring the education ideal on “taking people as foundation”, improving teaching quality, promoting the all-round development of body and mind for the college students, and perfecting the credit system. Based on the practice of implementing tutorial system in “technology innovation laboratory for college student” and “physics innovation laboratory for college student”, the necessity and the existing problems for carrying out the tutorial system in the undergraduate education are discussed. The key problems that need be solved, and the feasible in implementing the tutorial system are suggested.
