摘要
重视高校非音乐专业的音乐教育,是高校实施素质教育改革的突破口之一,是促进高校学生素质全面提高,培养高质量、高水平的跨世纪优秀建设人才的切实有效措施。本文从音乐教育与思想道德素质、情意素质、智能素质、身心健康素质等方面阐述了在高校重视音乐教育的重要性。
