摘要
通过对全国20个城市企业工资分配现状的调查分析,对我国转型时期政府在企业工资分配中的实际作用发挥情况进行了认真的梳理,指出政府现行管理手段和办法的种种“不适应”,提出了当前政府在解决企业工资分配问题中有效发挥作用的对策建议。
By way of the investigation analyses on the present situation of the wage distribution at the enterprises in 20 cities throughout the whole country, the Governmental authorities make the conscientious arrangement on the condition of the actual function in the wage distribution of the enterprises at the transformation period in China, the article points out all sorts of “unsuitableness” of the existing management measures and methods issued by the Government authorities, and the article puts forward the construction of the countermeasure taken by the Government authorities for solving the wage distilbution problem of the enterprises and playing the effective function at present.
