摘要
高等教育中的劳动关系专业课程的设置必须坚持系统性与实用性相结合,必须对专业基础课与其他课程做统筹安排,做到“博”与“精”的统一。劳动法实务、工会法实务、劳动关系研究前沿、就业与发展、国际劳工标准等应当作为重点课程,另外应当开设劳动社会学、劳动经济学、职业社会学等多门选修课程。
The setup of the specialized coupes of the labor relation in the higher education must insist on the combination between the systematicness and practicability, we must make the overall arrangement on the specialized basic courses and other courses; we will achieve the unification of “Broadness” and“Essence”. The practice of the labor law,the forward position of the study on the labor relation,employment and development and the international laborer standards shall be taken as the key courses, in addition, we should set up various elective courses including the labor sociology,labor economics and the occupational sociology.
