摘要
本文阐述了中国民办高等教育的发展现状。分析了目前民办高等院校存在的系列问题及其原因，最后对国家民办高等教育的政策及其导向进行了探讨。
In this paper the author summarizes current situation of China＇s private - owned higher education, analyzes present problems of various kinds and reasons existing in private - owed higher education management and universities and colleges, and, finally, discusses the policies and guidelines of China＇s private - owned higher education.
