什么是真正的职业教育？职业教育的目的仅仅是让学生就业吗？如何将职业教育与用人单位对员工的需求衔接起来？本文认为解决这些问题的关键在于：更新职业教育过程中的教育观念，转换学生在职业教育中的被动位置，认清学生才是职业教育的主体，以学生为焦点，一切为学生服务，从学生就业和发展的需要角度出发，改变以往职业教育的盲目性和终结性色彩，将学生多元化的发展作为职业教育的使命。文中特别就Student Focus（以学生为焦点）这一职业教育理念对于职业教育在组织机构建设、教学过程改革方面的促进作用进行了阐述。

In this paper the author holds that the vocational ideas should be updated in order to make clear the definition and goals of vocational education and the way to meet the demand of htunan resource market for qualified employees. Students＇ passive position in vocational education should be altered and the new education idea should be a student - focused one. All should be done in consideration of the all - around development of students. The author also discusses the important role Student Focus education idea plays in the mechanism construction of vocational colleges and teaching reforms.
