高职教育实训基地建设和发展对策探讨

高职院校为适应现代市场对人才高技能的要求，达到教育部关于人才培养质量水平的高标准，正积极开展各项工作。本文针对人才培养的实训基地建设中存在的困难和障碍，提出加快建设的若干措施和对策，以使高职学生不仅掌握一定的理论知识，还能具备职业发展的一技之长，成为现代企业的可用之才。

The senior high vocational college is opening various works of exhibition activities to acquire the Ministry of Education of the high standard of the quality level on the training of the talented person.
