对民办高校校园文化建设的初步思考

Thoughts on Campus Culture Construction in Private- owned Universities and Colleges

本文认为民办高校应借鉴公立高校校园文化建设的经验，在发挥自身机制灵活的基础上，汲取企业文化的先进性，从精神、物质、制度和行为四方面要素着手，从塑造学生理想人格的层面上束构建校园文化。注重校园文化中“善、美、厚、活”要素的积累，营造出既有深厚的人文历史积淀，又具有成长性开放性，能体现自己品牌的校园文化。

In this paper the author holds that private - owned universities and colleges should learn from state - owned counterparts and mutual companies to construct campus culture. They should take advantage of its flexible system to foster campus culture and portray students＇ ideal morality and personality from thoughts, life, system, and behavior factors. Private - owned universities and colleges should pay more attention to the students＇ moral accumulation of kindness, beauty, knowledge, and activeness so as to create a better campus atmosphere that is good for students to develop themselves.
