New Student Management System of Private- owned Undergraduate Colleges

本文从民办本科院校的办学定位、培养目标的角度出发，根据本科学生管理工作的特点，探索学生管理、教育、服务的内涵、理念及思路，提出新的管理理念——“分类管理”，让学生管理工作真正实现其内在职能。

From the viewpoint of Education orientation and education objectives, this paper discusses the function of student management, students＇ personality fostering, and student service, and put forward to a new management idea Group Management. This management idea will help apply education principle and students＇ personal development rules to student management. And, with this management idea practiced, students＇ individuality will be fully respected and thus the essential function of student management will be realized.
