摘要
在分析了新的质量管理理念——6σ科学内涵的基础上,以成功企业质量管理的业绩为事实依 据,对传统的质量成本曲线进行了修正,得出了最理想的质量水平是零缺陷这一结论。
Based on the new idea management-6σ and achievements of the quality mangagement of successful enterprises,the paper modifies the traditional cost curve of quality and concludes that the most ideal level of quality is zero-defect.
