对“供应链”、“需求链”、“供需链”的概念逐一分析,可以发现“供应链”不仅包含“供给”也包含 “需求”,“需求链”不仅包含“需求”也包含“供给”。从字面上理解会使人们产生错觉认为“供应链”仅有 “供”,需求链仅有“需”,而“供需链”能给人们以既有“供”又有“需”的认识。供需链的核心思想是供需协 同,它包括组织协同、业务协同、流协同3个方面。供需协同的模式有紧密型、一般型和松散型等。

Based on the analy “supply” and“demand”,and sis of the current concepts it is found that “Supply Chain” involves both “demand chain” involves both “demand” and“supply”. The literal meanings of the above two concepts create a wrong impression that “supply chain” involves only “supply”while “demand chain”involves only “demand”“supply/demand chain” can avoid such misunderstanding. The essence of “supply/demand chain” is the cooperation of supply and demand, including organization, business and flow cooperation, which have three modes, close type, general type and loose type.
