As the leader of the domestic Constitutionalism Group of the late Qing Dynasty, Zhang Jian＇s constitutional thought and practice influenced the constitutional movement of the the late Qing Dynasty, This text describes the forming process, politics practices, characteristics of Zhang Jian＇s constitutional thought, so that we can well understand the constitutional thought of Jian Zhang and it＇ s position in the whole constitutionalism movement of China.
