On the Systematic Structure of Library in Terms of "the Five Principles of Library Science"

通过对印度图书馆学大师阮冈纳赞所创立的“图书馆学五法则”的诠释,用管理学系统理论对 其进行分析研究,初步探讨建立了以哲学为体、科学为用的理论体系。肯定了图书馆系统是一个开放反 馈系统,各要素之间的相互联系、相互作用始终处于一个运动的动态平衡之中,动的本质是图书馆组织 管理的特征,它是一个抗熵作用的系统。

Using management theories the author analyses“the Five Principles of Library Science” by Ranganathan,the Indian scholar on library science and explores the establishment of the theoretical system of library with philosophy as a guideline. The paper points out that the library system is an open feedback system with all the elements interacting with each other in a dynamic balance. The management of library is characterized by dynamic nature,which is an anti-entropy system. Finally the author makes some suggestions about this problem.
