Limitations to Legislation for AIDS and Creative Countermeasures

18年来,中国艾滋病立法从惩罚到关怀,从拒绝到承认,从分散到系统,取得了一定的绩效,形成了具有中国特色的初步的艾滋病立法框架。但与此同时也存在诸多问题与不足。因此,现阶段应采取切实可行的立法对策,以进一步完善中国艾滋病立法体系。

In the past 18 years, some achievement has been achieved in the legislation for AIDS. Problems, however, exist, and therefore workable legislation countermeasures should be adopted to perfect the legislation system for AIDS.
