智能网业务生成环境(SCE)是创建、修改、定制和规定新业务的交互式环境.通过直观的图形化界面,用户可以方便快捷地创建、解析、验证和仿真适合自己的各种业务.提出了开发一个智能网业务生成环境仿真平台的设计方案,着重阐述了该仿真平台的体系结构、功能模块及技术分析,并结合JAVA和XML语言成功实现了该仿真平台.

Service Creation Environment, which is an interactive environment for creation, modification, customization and provision of new services, With intuitive graphical user interface, users can create, compile, verify and simulate services, which are suitable for user＇s needs, and more conveniently, This paper not only presents a proiect that develops a simulation platform for service creation environment for intelligent network, but also describes the architecture, function modules of it and the technologies used on it in detail. By using JAVA and XML, we have been developed a simulation platform successfully.
